Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

No you don't need to, but setting up an account will make it much easier the next time you visit us.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payments will be made in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

I'm buying this as a gift. Can I add a personal message to the recipient?

Of course! Just include your message under "Special instructions or gift messages" in your Shopping Cart. We'll add in a greeting card with your message in the package before sending it out.

Orders & Shipping

What are your delivery options in Singapore?

We offer complimentary door-to-door courier delivery within Singapore with a minimum spend of SGD 80.

Orders below SGD 80 will be delivered at a charge of SGD 5.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

Yes! We offer complimentary worldwide shipping via Singapore Post (International Registered Service) for orders above SGD 150.

For orders less than SGD 150, shipping cost will be calculated automatically at check out.

Do note that shipping cost displayed are not inclusive of taxes or duties that may be levied by the country you are shipping to.

Can I track my order?

As soon as the goods are shipped, we will email you the tracking number and also the link to view the status of your parcel.

What's next, after placing my order?

We'll process your order immediately as long as the goods are in stock. Your order will be packed and despatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date of purchase.

How long would the shipping be?

For orders within Singapore, we'll do our best to ensure that you receive your order within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.

International orders are delivered via Singapore Post (International Registered Service) and can take between 7 to 21 working days, depending on the country of destination and custom clearance.

Delivery time varies from country to country and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays that might occur.

Return & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange the product(s) I've ordered?

All sales made are final and we don't do refunds or exchanges.

In the event that the product is defective or damaged, we'd be happy to replace them. Please contact us at sayhi@oursockstories.com within 7 days of receipt. To return your item, it must be unused, in the same condition that you have received it and in its original packaging.

Kindly note that you'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.

What's your cancellation policy?

Amendments or cancellations of orders cannot be made once confirmed.

Do understand that we want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it'll be sent for processing as soon as we received the payment.
